To provide you with a seamless mock test experience and maintain our leaderboards, we collect the following information:

• Personal Identification Data: Your Name and Mobile Number. This is used exclusively as your unique App ID for progress tracking, leaderboard generation, and PRO account verification.
• Performance & Usage Data: Your mock test scores, time taken, attempted questions, saved notes, and overall accuracy.
• Device Data: Non-personal data such as browser type, operating system (Android), and app version for crash reporting and optimization.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data strictly for educational and app-functionality purposes:

• To create, manage, and secure your student account.
• To track your syllabus progress and generate personalized analytical reports.
• To display your ranking on the Global Leaderboard.
• To facilitate PRO account upgrades and provide customer support securely via Telegram and WhatsApp.

3. Third-Party Services

Our app utilizes trusted third-party services that may collect information used to identify you to ensure app stability and security. These include:

• Google Play Services: For app distribution and device security.
• Firebase (by Google): For secure real-time database hosting of your test results and profile data.
• Netlify: For secure web hosting and content delivery network (CDN).

4. Children's Privacy

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Policy

We retain your data as long as your account is active to provide you with historical test analytics. You have the full right to request the deletion of your data.

How to request data deletion: If you wish to delete your account, wipe your test history, or remove your mobile number from our database, please contact the administrator directly via WhatsApp or Telegram (details in Section 7). Your data will be permanently deleted from our active Firebase databases within 48-72 hours of your request.

6. External Links

Our app may contain links to external sites (such as YouTube for video classes or Telegram). If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites.
